SELECTMEN’S MINUTES
Work Session February 13, 2004
PRESENT: Chairman Colbert, Selectman DeBold, Selectman Arey and Administrator Lisa Stevens
Chairman Colbert opened the meeting at 12 noon.
The purpose of today’s work session was to discuss any proposed changes to the budget as a result of input from the public hearing, held Tuesday, February 10, 2004.
While reviewing the MS-6, the Board increased the planning expenses, line #4191-16, by $600.00, for the cost of printing the Master Plan; decreased line #4619-11, Land Use Change Tax Revenue share to $10,000 and increased the Land Use Change Tax Revenue to $20,000.
During review of the warrant, the Board moved the ballot vote article for the Police Special Revenue Fund to follow the article for the lease/purchase of the office copier and deleted the word digital from the copier article.
One motion was made by Selectman DeBold and seconded by Selectman Arey to recommend the Police Special Revenue Fund. All were in favor.
The Board discussed consideration for compensation time for Lieutenant Kitson. It was agreed to allow him the same consideration as that of Chief Clarke. Lisa will let him know of the Board’s decision.
Being no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting at 1:15pm.
